Every time I think about GM I get upset. In the simplest of terms they have taken our constitution, or rule of law and wiped their proverbial behinds with it. "They did it to save jobs" is the qoute used now. At some 50 billion that about $400,000 per employee to save.

Look at today, they are in bankruptcy which they said would never happen, they have sold off hummer to china, roger penske wants saturn and saab is being fought over. This is what would of happened several months ago if they would of just let capitalism work. It always does. It would of broken up and others could of been allowed to make great things from it. But instead we are now out $50 to $100 BILLION dollars and the owners of the these companies (bond holders) were deprived of their constitution right, article 5 to justly be compensated and their worth was given unearned to the unions as payback for politics. Did you know that piece of trash hugo chavez is boasting that he and castro (also trash) are a little right to our dictator in chief . WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MARXIST REVOLUTION AND TAKEOVER.
This is not what we do in America. This is not our laws. Read the Declaration. It is our duty to stop this. Judges? .... the chrysler case was allowed to proceed by a federal judge making a ruling without hearing it or making comment. TREASON Congress?.... Ya right. TREASON
I own 2 chevys and a dodge. But I never again will consider buying another unless forced (which will come).
Our hope.... the Supreme Court has to hear this with those seated on it today. Soon I am afraid it will be too late. Empathy rather than law will be the rule.

On American Soil
Private William Long was murdered... assassinated this last Monday on American soil in Little Rock Arkansas by a jihad piece of crap terrorist. No response, NO RESPONSE from our "Dictator In Chief". He did post on the peoples web site his condolences for the family of the late term abortionist killed on Sunday. He expressed his outrage that such a barbaric act could of happened. Yet still not a word for the Long Family.
Private Long is a Patriot. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Unfortunately it was under the command of a traitor. I hope the country opens their eyes soon. We are at war... foreign and now domestic.
I heard this today... If the terrorists want to destroy this country they had better hurry up before obama does it for them.

No longer a rule of law.
It's all over the headlines. The government of obama owns 2 car companies. Not really us, We the People, because last poll shows 70% didn't want it. But union paybacks have to be kept or there are other traitors waiting in the wings to take their place. They now produce the People's Car.
It wasn't the money (well it's always the money), but it was the methods the government of obama used to make his conquest. He literally took a knife to our laws and cut it's heart out. No hearings, no rulings, just a bunch of castrated appointees and czars rewriting the Constitution. Bankruptcy is a terrible thing. A last resort. When nothing else is available. But we have laws concerning it. One of the most sacred is who gets protection. With corporations it is the bond holders who are entitled by law to be paid back first. Because if not... why would you loan money to a company in the first place. But the government of obama says now that a contract is no longer valid if he disagrees with it. He has given the assets to the unions and the people. He has reworked private ownership to now become public ownership... at any cost. The definition of Marxism/Communism. The ends justifies the means and to hell with the law.
As a result, nothing, I mean NO CONTRACT OR LAW is safe from our new "dictator in chief". He is guilty of treason. And to follow him you would be guilty also.

caller: I won't, I can't let them do this to me and my family. I will stay and protect myself and what belongs to me. It was fought for and paid for at too high of cost. It's not just what I have worked for but it's my children's inheritance. I have to fight for them.

My last post went on and on about taxes and yada yada. I believe many think and feel the same way. I forwarded it on to Roger Hedgecock during his radio show on Friday not really expecting any feedback. I was surprised when he said on the air a little while later... I just got this letter from Bryan B and he goes on about the usual taxes and yada yada (he probably gets a lot of these)... but at the end of his letter something stood out. He said (I said) "I will not have my sons one day say, "Dad, why didn't you do anything?"
Wow. this line was really an after thought, but it is actually my cornerstone. They have no voice. Their kids who are not even thought of yet, have no voice. And they are being stolen from. Their inheritance of a free and great republic is being squandered away. And they are being saddled with a debt that will make them slaves. With no say. It's wrong. Roger stopped and then said it hit close to the bone. One day, our kids will say "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?" "WHY?"
I don't ever want to hear this. I want them to say instead, my Dad cared enough and loved us enough to fight for us, our freedom, the Constitution... against all enemies, even domestic. Our founders sacrificed all, not for their present, but for future generations. For us. And it's time to do the same. There is no 911 operator to call. No one is coming to help. The fight is on. And it's on us.

NO MORE!!!

What if we could get a million, two million, 3 million people to feel this way. To say enough. To say look, we are not being represented. They are not following even the basics of the Constitution. And they are spending money we DON'T HAVE!
What if we all said... "Not another penny!"
What would happen?
I've been thinking about this for a long time. What if? Could it be done? Are there enough patriots still here? Credit... gone. Savings... gone. House value ... gone. What else is there to loose?
It has to stop. They are out of control. I have never advocated civil disobedience... but our country is being stolen from us... and I think it is too late to repair. Too late? Yes. The next 3 generations will be paying for what has been spent in the last 120 days. THE NEXT 3 GENERATIONS! They are liars.They are thieves. They are traitors. They should be filling the cells on Guantanamo. They have done more to damage our republic that any foreign attack could. They don't deserve another dime. It's their debt. And every day we allow them to remain there, it is OUR fault. Enough. No More! Not NO to NEW taxes... but NO to ALL taxes.

What modern day comunism looks like
My name is George C. Joseph. I am the sole owner of Sunshine Dodge-Isuzu, a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, Florida. My family bought and paid for this automobile franchise 35 years ago in 1974. I am the second generation to manage this business.We currently employ 50+ people and before the economic slowdown we employed over 70 local people. We are active in the community and the local chamber of commerce. We deal with several dozen local vendors on a day to day basis and many more during a month. All depend on our business for part of their livelihood. We are financially strong with great respect in the market place and community. We have strong local presence and stability.
I work every day the store is open, nine to ten hours a day. I know most of our customers and all our employees. Sunshine Dodge is my life.
On Thursday, May 14, 2009 I was notified that my Dodge franchise, that we purchased, will be taken away from my family on June 9, 2009 without compensation and given to another dealer at no cost to them. My new vehicle inventory consists of 125 vehicles with a financed balance of 3 million dollars. This inventory becomes impossible to sell with no factory incentives beyond June 9, 2009. Without the Dodge franchise we can no longer sell a new Dodge as "new," nor will we be able to do any warranty service work. Additionally, my Dodge parts inventory, (approximately $300,000.) is virtually worthless without the ability to perform warranty service. There is no offer from Chrysler to buy back the vehicles or parts inventory.
Our facility was recently totally renovated at Chrysler's insistence, incurring a multi-million dollar debt in the form of a mortgage at Sun Trust Bank.
HOW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN THIS HAPPEN?
THIS IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS NOT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY
This is beyond imagination! My business is being stolen from me through NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. We did NOTHING wrong.
This atrocity will most likely force my family into bankruptcy. This will also cause our 50+ employees to be unemployed. How will they provide for their families? This is a total economic disaster.
HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN A FREE MARKET ECONOMY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

No Excuse!
Most Americans do not realize how precious this gift is. It was given to us by the blood of patriots. That too most will never understand or even care about. Yes today is just a vote on a handful of ballot measures. But it is also a vote on freedom. Of keeping what is ours and not having it stolen by those who reject our foundation.
50% of us now pay for the services of the other 50%. That is modern day slavery. Yet less than 1 in 4 of the slaves will take time to vote today. Any excuses? Non! They are all BS! I voted 4 weeks ago by absentee. The Iraq lady in this picture was never allowed to vote until we... the US allowed her the right to. She could of chosen to stay home. But instead walked 30 miles and stood in line for hours because freedom is more than lip service. She is a patriot. For the 3 of 4 here... they're just a sorry sack of ....!

A partisan view...
Partisan
Interesting word used a lot today. Many speak of themselves as 'non-partisan' for themselves or their group. But have you ever looked at what it means?
Here is Websters definition for partisan....
1 : a firm adherent to a party, faction, cause, or person; especially : one exhibiting blind, prejudiced, and unreasoning allegiance
2 a : a member of a body of detached light troops making forays and harassing an enemy b : a member of a guerrilla band operating within enemy lines
So if we take this word as defined and then add 'no' to it, we now have "no adherence to a party, faction, cause or person".
In other words, not black or white but a whole lot of grey. A big tent. All inclusive. But... standing for nothing. No thanks. If it's the cause of returning our country to the constitution... I am entirely partisan. The guy in the white house is extremely partisan in his desire at destroying it. And I have no desire to add his views to my camp. Because this is war. And the very survival of our republic is at stake.
Look at the second definition. "A member of a body of detached light troops making forays and harassing the enemy. We are at war. And is our DUTY to attack those on the other side. Because to not take a stand is appeasement, which I have no stomach for. We are at war. Those who would diminish the founder's intentions and directions of this country, THEY ARE THE ENEMY! And while the battle in front of us (for now) is in both word and ideas, we have to stay on the offensive because it's not about keeping our ground, it's about reclaiming it all.
I use to refer to the term "Don't Tread on Me" as another way of saying "Leave Me Alone". The problem is... by the time I'm affected, it will be too late. I'ts time for the offensive. 'Don' Obama is laying the groundwork to redo our country and sooner than later this will not be the America of the past.

Just a thought as they discuss reworking the 1st amendment...
Revelation 22:18-19 states:
"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book."
More smack from our Creator. I don't doubt Him and believe His Word. It is sacred.
For our country, we have a document... that I think we need to protect just a diligently. Our Bill of Rights. There need to be consequences for adding or taking away from these when the main intention is to diminish the direction of our founders.

One of the "We the People"
Have you ever wondered about this quote? We the People. When I think of the word people, I tend to think of those... like me. Those that I can relate to. Have a normal conversation with. That's probably 90% of this country.
A story this morning was talking about the first lady's $540 sneakers. She's in the 10% I can't relate to. I knew this when she and 'the one' celebrated the nomination with $1,000 iranian caviar and $1,000 champagne. One of the 'We the People'? Not in my book. I'd of been happy with a cold 6 pack of Keystone Beer and hot wings.
Washington is full of elitist. Those that have no connection with the populous on whole. The schools they went to, the friends they keep and the ivory towers they live in. Doubt they would go camping in the desert with my family and I. The point is, they don't represent me. If you are on trial you get a jury of your peers. This is what I want my government to look like. I don't want it stacked with lawyers and career politicians. I want Joe the plumbers, I want Tina the teacher, Frank the Fireman... you get the idea. I want someone in there who graduated from a junior college. I want successful business people who at one time have had to borrow on their credit cards to cover payroll. I want housewives who have raised families and have had to live within a budget. One more time... LIVE WITHIN A BUDGET! I want people like you and me to make the decisions because we are the ones who live within those decisions.
I do not want someone who for a new souvenir photo, spends a half of million dollars of money that is NOT his.

Lie to me...
It's interesting that last night Fox(TV) would not disrupt their programming... again... for 'the one'. They ran their regular programming and episode of "Lie to Me". Once again, providence.
We are told it's too late to protect us now. The horse is out. Can you imagine? The government of Mexico cares more about it's populous than ours. This morning we were not allowing our Border Patrol to wear masks as they checked the 10 hour delay of cars coming into our land.
I no longer feel my family and I are represented. We no longer have a government there to protect us.
And I don't know what to do.
Except pray.

Just words?
This morning the guy in the white house was speaking to the National Academy of Sciences in Washington. He made a statement that has stuck with me all day. In his speech he said "of the boundless hope so essential not just to the scientific enterprise but to this experiment we call America."
An experiment called America.
America... a test... a trial... a theory?
Is our country an experiment? Our constitution nothing more than a laboratory?
The guy in the white house has said before that our constitution and the founders were flawed. That the results achieved so far are unsatisfactory. I guess it just depends upon the results you are looking for.
I on the other hand believe that our constitution is a proven and solid foundation. The experiment has come with it's progressive interpretation and liberal legislation. From that hypothesis, we have failed... not it. We have let them experiment with a proven recipe and now it tastes pretty bad. Kinda like taking vanilla and adding... pickles and chicken liver.
Now what? Try something different? Here's something new... maybe it's time to get back to the basics... something we know works. But there I go. Longing for vanilla.

The Obama administration announced that the Pentagon would turn over to the American Civil Liberties Union 44 photographs showing detainee abuse of prisoners in Afghanistan and Iraq during the Bush administration.
If one US Soldier is shown to be harmed by this TREASONIST act (We are at WAR), the person in the white house will have to answer for his crimes.
The white house and congress have disregarded their oath to us. As a co owner of this country I would ask... demand that they step aside. In the interim I ask for the temporary placement of General Pestraeus to take control until the constitution can be re implemented as the law of the land.
If the white house and congress refuse to step aside I request all co owners of this country to have them removed from OUR property.

If one US Soldier is shown to be harmed by this TREASONIST act (We are at WAR), the person in the white house will have to answer for his crimes.
The white house and congress have disregarded their oath to us. As a co owner of this country I would ask... demand that they step aside. In the interim I ask for the temporary placement of General Pestraeus to take control until the constitution can be re implemented as the law of the land.
If the white house and congress refuse to step aside I request all co owners of this country to have them removed from OUR property.

Nothing new under the sun
20 years or so before the Declaration of Independence, things looked kinda similar to now. England had just finished fighting a costly war with France and was looking for a way to pay off it's debts and refill it's coffers. The colonies of New England seemed ideal. A source of revenue from one group of people for the direct benefit of another. Hmm, a little income distribution. Spreading the wealth. At first there were just moans and groans. But with every increase, voices began to be raised. Voices that contained words such as tyranny. Men began to realize that freedom was in direct proportion to the amount of taxes placed upon their labor. Not really a problem for the rich, they always had enough money to somehow circumvent the law. And not a worry for the poor because how can you give what you don't have. But the majority in the middle felt the burden. Those are the hearts that began to burn.
Today we face a greater amount of taxation than ever before. Sales tax, property tax, phone tax, utility tax, income tax... it goes on and on. But... a new tax will soon affect EVERYTHING. All in the name of saving our planet. Cap and Trade. Our modern day Stamp Act. A tax of buying credits for...? A tax on nothing but a concept. A tax on things unseen. Junk science. But none the less, a tax. Loved by democrats and many republicans. An unlimited amount of control... and suppression.
But only if we let it. This is where the fight begins. When our food goes up 50%. Our energy doubles. Some things triple. Our duty to save the planet by paying more taxes. To get on board and be patriotic.
Unfortunately then... cap and trade may mean... lock and load.

Keep it simple.
The more I read, the more I am in awe of the founders. They struggled, bickered and prayed over the future they would leave for us. Easy? No. Amazing? Yes!
Keep it simple.
Most religions have exstensive requirements to gain a worthwhile eternity. Limited room, laws and more laws., deeds and more deeds,.. enough to do's to just suck all the joy out of life. Why bother if we can't understand them. Why bother if we can't achieve them. But Christianity is different. Not by works. Not by a deeds. Not anything you can do on your own.... but believe. Knock, open, believe. In Mark 10:15, Jesus tells us that "I tell you the truth, you must accept the kingdom of God as if you were a little child or you you will never enter it." Kids take things on face value. They don't do well on a bunch of rules and regulations. The same goes for us dumb sheep. Jesus knew that if it was too complicated, we wouldn't have a chance. He wanted to...

A pretty easy ready. And pretty easy to understand. Our founders new that they had to keep it simple because those in power were going to be pretty simple minded... as is apparent today. It is black and white. But today it is nothing but grey. Why? Presidents, Congress and courts have made it complicated. To suite their needs. To advance their beliefs. And it's come at a great cost. Is there anything we can do? Before its too late?

Like the first 2 weeks of an Atkins diet. It's going to take sacrifice. Our founders gave up everything. Are we willing to go that far? Or do we just wait until it's just taken from us? The longer we wait, the harder it will be. But whatever we do, remember to...

Far beyond expectations...
April 15th, 2009. Another date that will go down in infamy. 1000's of protests were held across this nation. The 'Silent Majority" woke from an extended slumber and proclaimed... no... shouted, that "We the People, Want Our Country Back!!!" Close to home, over a 1000 (not hundreds thank you very much NCTimes) showed up for our 'little' protest. I was busy holding a 22' pole with my Betsy Ross Flag and my Gadsden Flag. My wife held my post while I snapped a few shots.

A Lone Star Amongst Fifty
In Southern Cal., the word local is used quite a bit. I have run across some who believe after 6 months they have a right to claim this word as there own. Especially those that move here and now don't want anyone else to.
I've lived in San Diego County my entire 47 years. Though I have visited many places I have always been a Californian... until now. As of the 15th of April, in the year of 2009, I officially forgo my title of Californian and now without any coercion or force, call myself a Texan!
That feels somewhat awesome. Why?...
The Constitution, like I have stated before is pretty amazing. Fundamental rights and liberties that have been entrusted to us. A group of amendments that have made us the strongest and greatest nation to ever exist, in just 233 years. And while all have a special meaning and importance, the 10th establishes a specific role in how and what the federal gov. is allowed to do,
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
This is the check and balance our founders put in to protect us from what has been going on the last 100 years. It has been allowed... WE HAVE ALLOWED it to be totally disregarded. I do not see anywhere in the Constitution things like gas tax, miles per gallon rules, national education, health care, even Social Security. I could go on and on but I think the biggy to think about... where is the feds ALLOWED to use our money for bailouts and pork projects?
NOWHERE!
Back to Texas... Governor Rick Perry spoke yesterday of the possibility of seceding from the union because of the feds abuse regarding the 10th amendment. Yes it was a rally and yes he is a politician. But WOW!. Finally, a state has mentioned it. And the people are excited. The Constitution isn't complicated. It was meant to be simple for the politician sake. But look what has happened. It's europe west now. Maybe we need an amendment that states they have to follow the other amendments. Maybe we need to reduce it by say... 75%. That's at least a start. Or then again states can just choose to leave. Do you really think Texas needs the rest of us? I mean the rest of you( I'm Texan now!). They... We have our own oil, ag system, BEER, space program and football. We've (I'm getting the hang of it) actually flown under 6 different flags in our life. Now it's time to be on our own again. Don't mess with us.
Now if I can just secede my 3.5 acres in Valley Center from out of California. I ordered the flag. Let me know and I'll invite you all over for a Texas Barbecue this summer... I'm not kidding.

Render unto Ceaser...
Render under Ceaser what is Ceasers and render unto God what is Gods. Many have used this quote from Jesus as a directive of why those of faith should not oppose or fight government. It's under the same belief that all leaders are God ordained. Not so fast. All leaders are allowed to be there by God but not all leaders are ordained and placed by God. (That's the free will thing He gave us that allows us to create our own grief if we choose.)

Divided we fall
I went to the coast yesterday to pick up my income taxes from my accountant. I came across an older Volvo (a highly desired liberal car, I'm not sure why), with "a guy in the white house" sticker and one that said "Celebrate Diversity".
Diversity is an interesting word. One of those words that have taken on a progressive meaning of being tolerant and acceptant of everyone. It actually means division or divided. When I was growing up our country was always described as the 'great melting pot'. It is the term used to describe what makes America great. A melting pot is different than... a stew pot. With stew you are just combining ingredients and cooking them together. You still have your meat and potato and carrots all separate. In a melting pot, everything put in is joined together as one. This is what makes steel stronger by the addition of certain metals to the iron ore. The same goes for concrete. But if for some reason the ingredients are not completely mixed, it is actually weekend and will fail when stressed.
The foundation of our country is like this. It's composed of certain principles that our founders carefully put together. No apology, we are founded on Judea/Christian beliefs. Sorry Mr O. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are our cornerstone and rock. And it is we the people who give this nation it's strength. When many or our ancestors came here from other countries and cultures they jumped head first into the melting pot... not the stew. They became American. They learned English, embraced our history, followed our laws and believed in the meaning of our constitution... and became American. NOT an Irish-American. Not a German-American. And not a Diverse-American. They were Americans.
Today you can see how fractured we have become. I have no problem with those who want to come here to melt with us. And become us. Legally. But those that want to change us with new beliefs, with failed ideology and with diversity, they will one day destroy us. But, ONLY if we continue to allow our country to simmer. We can turn up the heat again. We must. We are seeing it now with the rallies going on through our land. Celebrate diversity? Only with the food I eat, the music I listen to and when choosing the car I want to drive. Other than that... I will not.

This actually does not bother me
'The guy in the white house' rejected a Normandy trip to avoid offending Germany'...
The guy in the white house', concerned about offending Britain and Germany, rebuffed strenuous attempts by President Nicolas Sarkozy of France to persuade the new American president to make a trip to Normandy this week to show respect and to honor the thousands of Americans buried there defending Europe and defeating those that would erase the Jewish people... (also know as D-Day)...
...US President 'the guy in the white house' visited a landmark mosque in Istanbul on Tuesday to give respect to his hussein family name which originated there."
Really, in a way I'm glad for his actions the last couple of days. For this man to step foot on sacred land that American Blood was sacrificed for would be more of a disrespect than him just moving on to his muslim brethren as he chose to do. Every day it is more apparent that this one, the chosen one, the anointed one, has no soul to be the leader of our country. He has rebuked the Constitution he swore to uphold and has put this land in harms way with his policies and actions. A wolf if you will who along with other progressives have chosen to destroy the America of our founders. But... we have a choice...

We know the end... it's just the chapters inbetween that need to be written.
I have read the Book, and I know how it all ends. For some it turns out awesome. For others, not so good. The good news is we all have the opportunity to decide which side we're on. The bad news is we all have the opportunity to choose which side we're on. I have heard for many years and I have tried to follow a certain saying. "Pray like it all depends on God... work like it all depends on you." Not sure who originally said it. But it gives me the drive to fight.
Watched a tax rally over the weekend from Montana. The 'Heartland' is stirring. Those that work 40+ hours are beginning to see what's happening. They are feeling the effects of being tread on. Saving our country will depend on the work of these people. It will be from those that pay taxes, own property, go to church, own a gun, believe in the constitution, believe in hard work and are proud of their country to make a difference and stop what is going on. Not just stop it but redirect us on the original course. These are the people... these are The Snake on the Flag.

Trash Talk
At 47, born in 1961, I have had a pretty good life. I was too young for Vietnam and actually just too blind to serve anyways. I have not had to defend my country as so many have. As such I am in awe of those who have served. But... I am... PROUD of my country and will NOT apologize for the grace and blessings God has given us. We are a GREAT country. We are GREAT people. I am embarrassed, ashamed and just disgusted with the guy in the white house. How dare he ask for forgiveness from the world for our actions. What actions? From saving their asses over and over. From doing the right thing when no one else would stand up?
He said we have not looked to Europe enough for answers. What answers? They have screwed themselves over ten fold. And now we should emulate them? He spewed... "Our country is arrogant" "the US had often behaved arrogantly towards Europe, "been dismissive, even derisive"..."There's plenty of blame to go around for what has happened. The United States certainly shares the blame ... We've just emerged from an era marked by irresponsibility." (I would say his reign has just created a new one) Just wondering if he's getting his talking points... from the Dixie Chicks? Chavez? His wife? Really... where would this world be without us and I mean the US.
Obama's Bow to Saudi King
No American is supposed to bow down to any foreigner. We should always stand tall and shake hands. But maybe he was just acknowledging a superior fellow muslim.
