• A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party (can you think of one) holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people. (Joe the Plumber?)
• Advocates the overthrow of capitalism. (Started with roosevelt... obama wants to complete it)(also the definition of treason if your country is based on capitalism)

For  democracy to be allowed to flourish in Central America it would be a blow to the marxist movement taking place in the New America. Kennedy, what you won't hear this week...

One of Ted Kennedy's main contributions (to destroying our republic amongst others) was his support for the 1968 gun control act. Interesting legislation. Much of it was copied verbatim from the 1938 gun control act of democratic socialist party of Germany. Wait a minute. Yes that would be called nazi germany...  (please let pelosi know which side she is on). Ted Kennedy, RIP...

RIP...  But for those he left behind, it will take generations to undo the socialist scars he has left on our republic. Kennedy has always been the poster child of why we need term limits. He was an example that nothing is impossible as long as your family has enough money... including homicide.

And the main difference between this and union thugs carrying out card-check is... ? I would say card-check has the ability to be much worse. Where as voting in some of these countries will just give you a purple finger to signify that you have voted and prevent multiple votes (many years ahead of our system it seem like) with card-check you have to verbally state how you are voting. Vermont Concealed Carry Information

Concealed Permit:
It is lawful to carry a firearm openly or concealed provided the firearm is not carried with the intent or avowed purpose of injuring a fellow
man. There is no permit required to carry concealed.

Requirements:
1. Be of age. In the state of Vermont, that age is 16 or older. You must be at least 16 years of age to legally purchase a gun and keep it loaded on your person in public.
2. Obtain permission from a parent or guardian to carry a gun if you're under the age of 16. Failure to do so may result in being deemed a delinquent child by the state.
3. Have a clean record if purchasing a firearm. Things like felony convictions and dishonorable military discharge will show up during the federal instant check, and prohibit purchase.

Informing Law Enforcement of Carry:

Automobile carry:
Rifles and shotguns carried in a wehicle must be unloaded; handguns may be carried loaded and concealed.

Places off-limits when carrying:
1. School bus or school building or on school property.
2. Courthouse

3. US Federal Buildings (including US Post Offices)

Alcohol and Drugs:

Deadly Force / Castle Doctrine:
Vermont is not a Castle Doctrine state and has no stand-your-ground law.

Open Carry:
Unrestricted in most public areas and generally accepted.

NEW YORK — Former New York Giant Plaxico Burress pleaded guilty Thursday to a weapons charge and agreed to a two-year prison term for accidentally shooting himself at a Manhattan nightclub.

First off... Plaxico is an idiot. There are lots of them here in this country. But New York State is out of line in this punishment of this man. Carrying a gun to a club where you will be drinking is stupid. I am an unconditional proponent of concealed carry based on Vermont regulations for nationwide use. Carrying a weapon to a club would not be allowed. But Plaxico was robbed of his civil rights in the occupied territory of progressive New York. I would rather had a jury trial. 2 years is the crime here. A fine... absolutely for being stupid and careless. But not jail.

Bring Your Handgun To Work Day!

OK, OK. There really isn't a day. But maybe it's time to start one. Right NOW! What do you think? In celebration of the Second Amendment and the Rights guaranteed to us and paid for by the blood of patriots... on such and such date, the free people (or those who celebrate their freedom) of the United States in exercising there constitutional rights shall bring their concealed weapon of defense with them to work. This will be celebrated by all freemen (and women) of the United States. Those who may participate will be based on those regulations under Vermont law concerning concealed carry. Opinions?

I read this story from several different news outlets and not once did I find he was black. Maybe the press is finally becoming color blind? NOT A CHANCE! If this man (WHO IS A PATRIOT!) would of been any other race, it would be front page news from coast to coast.... I would imagine that there will soon be a flurry of anti open carry laws being proposed. But then again there is that statement in that old rag called the Constitution that says "Shall Not Be Infringed" In California we are allowed to open carry (as long as it is unloaded). It is not a secret of who I would like see hold the highest office the next time around (If our country is still here). I want someone who resembles my beliefs and convictions. And there are some out there. I am a huge proponent of 2 ladies, Palin and Bachmann. Both have had a life before politics, something that is eerily missing in our present ruling trash. I came across a quote from Michelle Bachmann this morning...

Why don't we hear more of this? Why?... Because many in office believe just the opposite. And they have been able to silent most of the others. But Congress-Woman Bachamann is proud of our country. Proud of the real America. Not the new in-visioned one of the other Michelle whose husband would like to destroy and then remake it.

Palin-Bachmann 2012... brings a tear to my eye in the utter meltdown the press, progressive left (same thing) and established republicans would have. I WOULD LOVE IT!!!

Governors oppose DoD emergency powers

It is amazing these little things (huge things) seem to go by with little attention. The DoD is asking that in a time of emergency (as defined by the guy in the white house) the federal government can take control of all the guard units which have always been under the governors control. Why have governors? Why have state legislators? Why have state courts? Why even have local authority? Leadership based on early Israel, God ordained, is now daily being turned into a fascist monarch of beelzebub. All hail obama.

I have to tell you, as I go through my day I read a lot of news. Things happen so fast. One day of news in modern America is more than a month just a couple of decades ago. For the most part I think that is a good thing because it's harder for domestic enemies to get away with things. But there are some down sides. I tend to skim over what should be important. Every day there are men and women who are laying down their lives for you and me. I have to stop and reflect that every day there are men and women laying down there life for you and me. They are gone... forever. They and their family have made the greatest sacrifice. Donating to charity, giving time to church, even public service at the highest levels - pales in comparison. Yet the country focuses on a little dittie from bill's better half (which isn't saying much).

I am going to make an effort to stop when I see an article like this and say a prayer and thank these patriots. I will pray for their families. Unbelievable grief will be with them now for the rest of their life. And I am humbled.

The Bible and the Right to Carry!

From the New Patriot Freedom translation...

Ok here is the original text:

[35] Then Jesus asked them, "When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?"

Christian pacifists are always quick to say that Jesus didn't literally mean what He was saying. But I disagree. As with the what I believe false teaching of turning the other cheek as to submitting to violence, Jesus was a strong supporter of self defense.
It's all Greek to me... Dang those translations. The word that sword was translated from is machaira. It means a relatively short sword or other sharp instrument, a sword-dagger. This isn't a soldier's long sword, but a small sword, the handgun of the ancient world that was kept concealed and out of sight and used for protection. Jesus hated the use of violence. But is self defense violence? For me it is not.

So what does this mean? Really that is up to you to decide. Jesus didn't say to go out right away and apply for a concealed dagger permit. As such the Second Amendment to our Constitution states that our right to a gun for defense shall not be infringed. Not you are privileged to a hunting rifle if you fill out this paperwork and contact information. It is a natural law.

By being a citizen of this country... and a believer, we are given unalienable rights to carry a weapon for self defense. Do you agree?
