Our Founders on Trial - McDonald vs Chicago
The Supreme Court tomorrow will hear arguments in what possibly will be the most important case regarding our Bill of Right for our present and future generations. While some may call it a second amendment case on the right of an individual to keep and bear arms, it will also decide whether or not states and localities may put restrictions on the fundamental rights granted by the Constitution. In other words, they will decide, can states circumvent and thus make irrelevant the Bill of Rights. Can rights be chosen or disregarded based upon the whims of current politicians?
Please pray for those jurists that honor our founders and believe in the sanctity of our laws. For interesting read regarding these topics please visit more at Reason.
