It is lawful to carry a firearm openly or concealed provided the firearm is not carried with the intent or avowed purpose of injuring a fellow man. No permit is needed.
A right not exercised soon needs permission. Carry on!

Californians have allowed the CA govt. to circumvent the Second Amendment---so--good on the citizens of the states you stand firm for the Second!!!!
