On the way home from work today (for the left, work is employment where you provide a service or make a product that in exchange you receive monetary compensation to provide for the needs of your family and/or yourself rather than depending on the public t*t to take care of you... at the expense of someone else's employment ), and I heard on the radio that the NRA has endorsed Harry Reid for the Senate. I have googled many articles... this statement seems to be correct. If it does turn out to be true, they have seen the last dollar ever from me. The NRA does a great job in teaching gun safety and organizing shooting competitions. But they sold their soul when it comes to political causes... usually at the expense of our liberty and rights. I await a response from members of their board of directors, especially Ted Nugent. A mega million dollar shooting center which Reid is credited for does not make a patriot. It does make a whore though. Character is doing the right thing when no one is watching. The NRA always needs an audience. That's how they get paid. Really no difference between them, the ACLU, SEIU and other left scum.

The NRA is a gun rights and education group. Reid supports gun rights. Do you think the NRA should just adopt the tea party platform as well?

ReplyDeleteTruth 101, really now. They stood in the way, and critize GeorgiaCarry.Org for passing HB308 and SB291, to very pro gun bills that help Georgia GFL holders.
ReplyDeleteThey invited to speak at the McDonald V Chicago case, even though theirs was not hear by the court.
The NRA is a lobby group, their sole purpose is to make money, not promote gun rights.
The grass roots, like GCO and VDLC are doing that.
Heck, they even spoke out against open carry recently. Not to mention they help create the NFA laws back 1934.

Enjoy the email updates, as we are long time CCW advocates.
Our question is related to the NRA. After many, many years as Paying Members of the NRA, Judy and I officially resigned today. Why? First, the NRA endorsed the re-election efforts of Harry Reid as Senator from Nevada. Then, to 'Slap Us In The Face', the NRA Magazine this month shows a full spread of none other than Reid and the top officials from the NRA, showing the new shooting range in Las Vegas, which is great for all shooters.
However, any person who believes in The Constitution in this great country of ours fully knows that Reid is a Progressive/Socialist with a Progressive/Socialistic Agenda, so we resigned.
We must have your word, and possibly a link to articles showing that you do not support Reid or any of the socialistic agenda now permeating this country before we become paying members of the USCCA.
We await your reply.
